Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Ferndale, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to provide mission-driven care in a beautiful coastal community.
You’ll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with an integrated care team that includes dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources.
You’ll practice in Ferndale, California, a historic North Coast town known for its Victorian architecture, vibrant arts scene, and proximity to the Avenue of the Giants and the Pacific coastline.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient panel targets
• Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
• $25,000 sign-on plus structured retention bonuses for partnership-eligible providers
• Alternative sign-on and retention structure for non-partnership track providers
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days of paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
