Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Amazon Operations & Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and a proven background in managing fast-paced distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Ensure all Amazon orders meet SLA and compliance standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate replenishment.
• Supervise warehouse staff and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Generate and analyze operational reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, etc.).
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Amazon operations or fulfillment management.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of 3PL and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high-volume eCommerce accounts.
• Background in inventory control and forecasting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
