This is a remote position and the candidate must be comfortable working Mountain/Pacific TImeZone. This is for the WEST REGION. typically 8 AM - 5PM HRS MON-FRI
Experience with WORKDAY & PARADOX is highly preferred.
Pay rate range is 23.00 to 27.00/hr DOE




The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment logistics, maintaining
accurate data, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and offer logistics.
Schedule interviews, coordinate panels, and manage interview logistics to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain accurate data in Workday and manage recruitment reports and trackers.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to proactively identify vacancies and reduce time-to-fill.
Assist with requisition management, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment efforts.
Coordinate job fairs and recruiting outreach events.
Support offer generation, position confirmations, and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Assist with Talent Acquisition budget tracking and invoice reconciliation as needed.


Qualifications
1 3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday/Paradox preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
