Job Description

This is a temporary role to start asap for a couple of weeks.

Strong art direction craft with an emphasis on: Film, cinematography, and camera movement, Visual polish across TV, social, and presentation decks, Typography, layout, supers, and fine design details. Ability to concept—while craft and execution are equally critical. Experience working on TV‑heavy accounts, with social extensions. Strong eye for detail and elevated visual sensibility

We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We're currently hiring an Associate Creative Director to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals

  • Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign

  • Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables

Person Specification

  • 6+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $74.27 - $123.90. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
