Role Responsibilities:

• Grow relationships and sales opportunities with existing clients and policyholders.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to position the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Health and/or life insurance license required.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
