Job Description

Body Shop Manager – Dealership Collision Center Laramie Wyoming Laramie Auto Center Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience and performance) We are seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Manager to lead our dealership collision center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and building a strong, accountable team culture. This is an opportunity for a leader who can take ownership of the department, improve processes, and deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of body shop operations including production, estimating, and customer experience
  • Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and overall department performance
  • Monitor and improve cycle time, efficiency, and quality of repairs
  • Lead, coach, and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
  • Ensure proper scheduling, workflow, and job distribution
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors
  • Enforce dealership and manufacturer repair standards
  • Oversee supplements, estimates, and final billing accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility

  • Solid understanding of DRP relationships, estimating systems, and repair processes
  • Track record of improving performance, efficiency, and profitability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license
