Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile while taking orders and processing payments
• Prepare and package food and drinks carefully to ensure quality
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle returns, refunds, and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Unload and stock inventory as needed to maintain smooth operations
• Promote Popeyes’ culture with integrity and honesty at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• At least sixteen (16) years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and enthusiastic environment
• Positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members
• Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ability to handle food preparation and follow proper lifting procedures
• Capable of standing consistently during service at the register
