Job Summary

Summary: Assists customers in ordering thru the assigned location. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent customer service
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Observes guests purchases and ensures correct items are handed to the guest
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Keeps items stocked
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and follows all policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs opening and closing procedures of assigned location as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Basic English Required
