About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Certified Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team. As a key member of the BK Pilates team, you will:

• Conduct safe and effective group Reformer Pilates classes, as well as private and semi-private sessions
• Create and deliver challenging and engaging workouts that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Contribute to the positive and welcoming culture of the BK Pilates community.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pilates certification
• Strong understanding of Pilates principles and anatomy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine love for Pilates and helping others on their fitness journey
