Job Description

Salary: $49,920 - 85,280 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with proven experience in color design, apparel design, footwear design, or similar performance- or textile-focused design fields.
• We need strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote for creating polished digital CADs and presentation materials.
• We require a solid understanding of color science, material behavior, dyes, textile finishes, and how color can be achieved consistently in manufacturing.
• We value a demonstrated interest in trend research and the ability to translate cultural, artistic, and market insights into commercially relevant product concepts.
• We are seeking highly organized professionals who can manage several projects at once, keep documentation on track, and work effectively under corporate deadlines.
• We need clear communicators who can present ideas confidently and visually in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• We prefer candidates with experience building color palettes across both footwear and apparel.
• We consider advanced knowledge of how performance and lifestyle materials affect dye absorption and color matching to be a plus.
• Familiarity with collaborative digital workflow tools such as Miro is a bonus.

• We collaborate with Apparel Design, Graphics, Print, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development teams to shape cohesive seasonal color direction.
• We create original, story-led color palettes and update existing products with seasonal color refreshes under design leadership.
• We review physical samples, resolve complex color execution and calibration issues, and help ensure color accuracy from concept through final production.
• We conduct deep trend and color research across sport, fashion, art, and global culture to inform seasonal decisions.
• We develop mood boards, digital CADs, and presentations that clearly communicate design intent.
• We support seasonal color proposal presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• We serve as an internal color technology resource, assisting cross-functional partners when additional support is needed.
• We help maintain a high standard of visual, technical, and documentation quality throughout the design process.
