POSITION SUMMARY:

• Express Employment Professionals in Twinsburg is seeking experienced Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren area.
• This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial roofing systems in a safe, efficient, and high-performing manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, inspect, service, and repair commercial roofing systems
• Remove old or damaged roofing materials
• Install new materials including asphalt shingles, solar tiles, slate, and metal roofing
• Cut, shape, and secure roofing materials to proper specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
• Comply with local building codes related to roof pitch and structural requirements
• Review project progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure surrounding property is protected and well maintained
• Communicate project updates and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• COMMERCIAL ROOFING REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully perform all essential duties and responsibilities
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment

Must have:

• 4+ years of Commercial Roofing
