Job Description

This job is for a Convention Coordinator with a transition to a 2nd assistant to a published author when our annual reader focused convention is not in an active phase. Any candidate for this position MUST be local to our area (Colorado Springs or Denver area) and have a stable work history, exceptional organizational skills, ability to work with social media effectively, spreadsheet proficient, exceptional customer service skills, ability to work at home but still manage time effectively and get duties done with minimal supervision. Hours will at times be longer than 40 per week (not based on any set schedule), especially during author book release times and the months the convention is in its active phases. There will be times when the schedule will be significantly less demanding. This position will not have a set schedule or set hours, but this position is not one that is suitable as a second job due to its demanding nature. We are seeking someone who will be responsible enough to be trusted to get the job done with minimal supervision. An active reader is HIGHLY PREFERRED . Good grammar and the ability to catch errors is a must. That means attention to detail is HIGHLY PREFRRED .

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
