Job Title: Dispatcher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to assist our HVAC team by managing calls from both commercial and residential clients. You will handle commercial calls by tracking orders and providing project updates, while consumer calls will be routed to technicians to address any issues. Additionally, you will support the order entry team during slower periods. Your role will include managing inbound customer inquiries about appointments and making outbound calls to drivers to ensure they have their daily schedules and commitments in order.

Responsibilities

• Experience in bartending or serving is beneficial.
• A stable work history without frequent job changes.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, with end times rotating between 5 PM and 6 PM depending on the week. You will be part of a close-knit team of nine in the office, including five dispatchers. The workplace has a strong family-oriented atmosphere, hosting multiple events for employees and their families. The company promotes from within, as evidenced by recent advancements to estimator and operations manager roles. Dress code and specific attire requirements are not mentioned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
