Job Description

I. Core Teaching Work
- Strictly follow the school's teaching syllabus, be responsible for teaching English courses for children and adolescents aged 6-15, covering core modules such as speaking, listening and reading. Combine original method courses to impart language knowledge and cultivate students' English application ability and learning interest.
- Optimize teaching methods according to students' age characteristics and English foundation, design vivid and interesting classroom activities (such as situational dialogue, game interaction, group cooperation, etc.), create an immersive English teaching atmosphere, and improve classroom participation.
- Carefully prepare lessons, compile teaching plans, reasonably assign after-class homework and correct and feedback in a timely manner, track students' learning progress, provide targeted tutoring for underachieving students, and ensure teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in the optimization of the school's English curriculum system and the update of teaching materials, cooperate with Chinese teachers to complete teaching connection, and jointly improve the overall teaching quality.
II. Student Management and Service
- Pay attention to the learning status and psychological changes of each student, patiently answer students' questions, encourage students to speak English boldly, and cultivate their self-confidence and expression ability.
- Regularly communicate with Chinese teachers and head teachers about students' learning situation, feedback problems found in teaching, and work together to formulate personalized learning plans.
- Cooperate with the school to carry out phased student evaluations, achievement displays and other activities, assist in sorting out students' learning reports, and feedback students' learning achievements to parents.
III. Teaching Cooperation and Improvement
- Actively participate in teaching and research activities, teaching training and lesson preparation meetings organized by the school, take the initiative to exchange teaching experience, learn advanced teaching concepts and methods, and continuously improve their own teaching level.
- Cooperate with the school to complete teaching-related publicity work, such as classroom video recording, student achievement display, English corner organization, etc., to help brand promotion.
- Strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of the school, go to work and leave on time, stick to the teaching post, and ensure the teaching quality and classroom discipline.
IV. Other Relevant Work
- Assist the school in carrying out English-related characteristic activities (such as English speech, drama performance, festival-themed activities, etc.) to enrich students' learning experience.
- Complete other temporary work related to teaching and student services arranged by the school.
