You’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with architectural documentation and existing conditions assessments. You’ll be responsible for production of existing conditions plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Project Lead for one of our major retail grocery clients. Duties include travel to 3-4 stores monthly (primarily across FL with occasional overnight travel to states in the Southeast), thorough field documentation of existing conditions, and production of building and equipment plans. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail, capable of following established client standards. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two days per week in office or client site.

Here's what you'll need

• CAD Certification or Degree in Drafting & Design - Preferred

• Degree in Architecture, Construction or Related Field - Preferred 

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite 

• Ability to effectively work with internal architectural and engineering team

• Ability to work independently when given a set of instructions 

• Ability to lead a team of 1-2 support staff - Preferred

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Based in Orlando, Florida area

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

44,400.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

61,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $44,400.00 to $61,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
