Job Title: Events Manager Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Company: Rhythm Outdoors Location: Headquarters (Roaming: Packsaddle Precision, Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club, Hog Heaven) Reports To: Marketing Director Are You the Engine of Our Community? Rhythm Outdoors is defining the lifestyle of the modern outdoorsman and woman. This year we go from one location to three, with a goal of five by 2029. We operate high-end outdoor membership clubs—think elite golf clubs, but for shooting sports, fly fishing, and outdoor education. We are looking for an Events Manager who is a logistical monster. High energy, happy to be alive, and ready to make their mark on the world. This is not a "socialite" role. We don't need a host; we need a crazy strong executor. You are the person who ensures the "machine" runs without dropping a single ball. You will work directly under the Marketing Director to take a high-level vision and turn it into a flawless, repeatable reality. The Mission Your goal is to execute scalable event systems that drive member conversion, growth, awareness, and retention. You are responsible for the "how." You take the concepts developed by the Marketing Director and the Education/Adventure Architect and turn them into precision-timed experiences. What You Are Accountable For 1. Logistical Execution & Planning

• The Playbook Executor: You take event concepts and build the minute-by-minute run sheets. You manage the vendors, the load-ins, the rentals, and the staffing schedules.
• System Integrity: You ensure that whether an event is at Packsaddle or Hog Heaven, the standards are identical and the execution is seamless.

2. Financial Rigor & Reconciliation

• The Auditor: You are responsible for the "bottom line" of every event. You will track every penny spent, manage vendor invoices, and maintain strict adherence to the budget.
• Post-Event Reconciliation: Within 48 hours of every event, you provide a full financial reconciliation and "After Action Report" (AAR) to the Marketing Director, ensuring we know exactly what we spent and where we can optimize.

3. Tactical Integration (The "Blender")

• The Orchestrator: You work with General Managers and Ranch Managers to ensure the facility is ready. You coordinate with the culinary team to ensure the food hits the table at the exact right moment of the experience.
• The Invisible Hand: You are on-site to troubleshoot, manage the flow, and keep the team on schedule so our GMs and Instructors can focus on being the "face" of the club.

4. Quality Control & Performance

• Zero-Drop Policy: You are obsessed with the details—from the temperature of the room to the cleanliness of the linens and the timing of the music.
• The Analyst: You track attendance data and member feedback to refine the execution of future events.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000-$75,000.
