The founder is actively involved in day-to-day execution and is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support business operations and organizational flow across all entities.

About the Role -
Our client is seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder in supporting multiple growing businesses across operations, logistics, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities -
» Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling
» Organize priorities, tasks, and daily workflow
» Monitor and manage emails, follow-ups, and communications
» Coordinate projects across multiple companies and departments
» Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
» Handle confidential business matters with discretion
» Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams professionally
» Assist with hiring coordination, interviews, and onboarding support
» Improve systems and help create operational structure
» Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

» Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications -
» Executive assistant, administrative, or operations support experience
» Experience supporting leadership or entrepreneurs
» Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, task management tools, and AI tools
» Experience in logistics, operations, or fast-paced business environments is a plus
» Ambitious, coachable, polished, and eager to grow into a larger leadership or operations role over time
Schedule -
» Monday–Friday, flexible and may vary with business needs
