Job Description
Randstad is seeking a proactive, high-level Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our Client’s leadership team. This is not just an administrative role; you will be the "right hand" to the executive, ensuring operational excellence and seamless daily execution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in executive assistant roles as well as detail oriented.
salary: $23 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar Management : Prioritizing high-value tasks and protecting the executive's time.
- Gatekeeping : Serving as the primary point of contact and managing access to the executive.
- Travel Coordination : Organizing end-to-end logistics including flights, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Meeting Preparation : Drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up action items.
- Project Management : Overseeing special projects and internal initiatives on behalf of the leader.
- Document Production : Creating high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Strategic Partnership : Anticipating needs and providing high-level administrative support.
- Confidentiality : Handling sensitive data and company information with absolute discretion.
- Communication : Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
