Independent Medicare Insurance Agent

1099 | Commission + Residual Income
In-Person & Remote Sales | Open to Candidates Nationwide (U.S.)

Overview

We are hiring licensed Independent Sales Agents across the United States to help individuals navigate Medicare coverage options through in-person interactions within their local area.

This is a 1099 opportunity designed for self-driven professionals who want flexibility, uncapped income, and the ability to build long-term residual wealth—not just one-time commissions.

In this role, you’re not starting over every month. You’re building a book of business that pays you year after year as your clients stay with you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your own book of business within your local area

• Meet with clients in person to help them navigate Medicare and choose the right coverage

• Develop relationships through networking, referrals, and local marketing

• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing support

• Stay current on Medicare plans, certifications, and industry updates

• Operate within CMS and carrier guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Active Health Insurance License (required)

• AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Sales experience preferred (commission-based experience strongly preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with renewal income. Earnings are based on production.
