Woolpert is hiring an Interior Designer to join our dynamic Interiors Discipline team. This position reports to the Interiors Discipline Team Leader and is responsible for assisting with the planning, design, and coordination of interior spaces on small to mid‑scale projects, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑specific codes, regulatory requirements, and design standards.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to explore design challenges, develop interior solutions, and translate project goals into functional, welcoming spaces that support patient experience, staff performance, and overall well‑being. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, apply foundational design principles, and grow your understanding of workplace interiors while working alongside experienced designers in a supportive, team‑based setting.

This role supports continued professional growth through increased responsibility, technical depth, and independent contribution to project delivery. Designer II professionals further develop their design judgment, coordination skills, and technical proficiency while beginning to take ownership of defined project components and phases.
