Salary: $55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Ability to quickly learn and retain new technology skills and troubleshooting methods
• Must be a collaborative team member who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Strong multitasking skills and effective prioritization of client issues
• Hands-on experience diagnosing Windows products, VPNs, performance problems, peripherals, and M365
• Successful completion of relevant Microsoft Certifications
• A minimum of 3 years of solid experience with Microsoft Windows
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user, network, and software issues
• Document and address issues effectively
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary
• Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and sustained usability of workstations, peripheral devices, and software
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks
• Diagnose and manage system emergencies until they are resolved
• Set up new user profiles and install necessary software
• Collaborate with vendor representatives to solve software and hardware issues
• Install or upgrade Microsoft Operating Systems
• Adhere to defined processes and standards
• Review security settings with clients and provide recommendations based on our guidelines
• Engage in various projects, including system migrations and configurations related to high availability, server and firewall installations, and VPN tunnel setups
• Participate actively in project planning and solution execution

We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer to become part of our team. As a growing IT Managed Security Service Provider/Managed Service Provider (MSSP/MSP), we assist our clients in enhancing technology within their organizations, providing regular maintenance and troubleshooting support, as well as leading projects encompassing all facets of IT systems for small to medium-sized businesses. Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive customer service-oriented approach to managing IT for small businesses and providing day-to-day help desk support.

This position will require you to be on-site at the client's location in Downtown Orlando, FL, with daily travel to the client site.

A typical day will involve addressing support tickets that require troubleshooting expertise, as we do not have Level 1 engineers on staff. We offer a collaborative environment where you can influence our growth and direction while enjoying a friendly and dynamic workplace. Compensation starts at $55,000+, depending on experience, and includes full-time W2 employment with benefits such as vacation and health coverage.
