Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Data Manager/Architect to support delivery and execution of data solutions and AI-led transformation programs. This role will focus on running AI pods, enabling product build-outs, and delivering data-driven solutions across client engagements.
You will work closely with data engineers, AI/ML teams, product managers, and client stakeholders to drive use cases across modern data stack, Gen AI, and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
· Support day-to-day execution of data and AI engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
· Coordinate across AI pods (data engineering, ML, Gen AI, product teams) to drive prototypes and pilots
· Bring design thinking and product execution to help enable our internal Data GenAI enabled products. Assist in product build-outs, including backlog management, feature prioritization, and release tracking
· Work with Sales/Data Solutions team to define use cases, user stories, and data requirements
· Track program KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization for AI and data initiatives
· Drive client communication (weekly updates, reports, executive decks)
· Contribute to solution design discussions around data platforms, Gen AI use cases, and analytics
· Support pre-sales and proposal development for data and AI opportunities
· Keep up on the latest in data trends and help build PoV, architypes and help build and execute ARB function of the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 6–10 years of experience in consulting, delivery, or program management in data/AI domains
· Exposure to modern data platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and data stack (ETL, warehouses, lakes)
· Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI use cases (LLMs, copilots, automation)
· Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional pods
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams
· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for client-ready deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in data modernization, Data Architecture or platform transformation programs
· Exposure to product development lifecycle (0→1 or 1→N scaling)
· Understanding of Gen AI frameworks and enterprise adoption patterns
· Prior experience in client-facing roles in consulting firms
