Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations to ensure efficiency, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and coach a large team while fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the budget, analyze sales and costs, and implement plans to achieve profitability targets.
• Guest Experience: Champion legendary customer service and resolve guest feedback promptly.
• Administrative & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee cash handling and payroll accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced food service or hospitality environment.
• Education: Degree required.
• Availability: Open availability for various shifts, including weekends.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust strategies and plans in a high-pressure setting.
• Leadership Style: A servant leader focused on team growth and results.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and business forecasting.
