Manual QA Tester (3 Openings)

Location: Onsite Memphis TN

Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

• Looking for strong manual testers (not automation-heavy)
• Experience with test case execution regression defect tracking Jira
• Experience in an Agile environment is required

Overview

Seeking Manual QA Testers to support testing efforts across enterprise applications in a manufacturing/operations environment. This role is focused on hands-on testing execution not heavy automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web-based applications and systems
• Perform regression functional and integration testing
• Identify log and track defects using Jira or similar tools
• Work closely with developers and BAs to validate requirements
• Support UAT efforts and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups sprint reviews etc.)
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing as needed

Required Experience

• 5 years of manual QA testing experience
• Strong experience with test case creation and execution
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira preferred)
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Experience testing web-based or enterprise applications

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP supply chain or manufacturing systems
• Basic understanding of automation environments (not required to code)
