Help The Persecuted is an international ministry with a mission to Rescue, Restore, and Rebuild the lives of Persecuted Christians living in places hostile to the Gospel. Indigenous Field Ministry Team members, located in many countries, enable the ministry to address the practical and spiritual needs of persecuted believers, and to share the Gospel with others. The ministry’s vision is to see the persecuted Church endure, flourish, and multiply in hostile places.
The Marketing Project Manager ensures Help The Persecuted’s marketing initiatives are executed effectively and with consistency. You will take ideas, campaigns, and priorities and translate them into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. From there, you will oversee execution through to completion across a network of staff, contractors, and vendors, helping ensure that each piece of work is aligned and moving forward.
You will play a key role in maintaining momentum across all marketing efforts. This includes keeping projects on track, bringing clarity when direction is needed, coordinating the right people at the right time, and ensuring deadlines are met. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership. You will help create structure, provide follow-through, and ensure that projects move forward smoothly from start to finish.Key responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager include but are not limited to:
