Mahaska's ideal candidate is an energetic, dependable, hard-working, and reliable Full-time Loader. In this position, you will be trained to work with a GREAT Team of Hard-working individuals.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to; - Effectively read build sheets.
- Maintain the ability to build loads promptly.
- Responsible for handling empties and full merchandise returned by drivers.
- Empty route trucks and load products.
- Work safely, keeping the work and warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Help restock and put away incoming freight.
- Effectively read and use an iPad to ensure accurate picks.
Hours:
Mon-Thurs 2:00 pm -10:30 or all tasks completed.
Fri-1:00 pm start until all tasks completed usually 10:30
Starting Wage:
$17.50/hr.- Opportunity for a wage increase at the end of 90 days.
Requirements: Possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required. Possess a high school diploma or GED.
