This Mortgage File Document Reviewer role is with a large, respected global company that offers growth opportunities for the hard-working, reliable, engaged professional. The Mortgage File Document Reviewer is a long-term contract. It may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent placement! salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement in the vault
- Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer
- Review 20+ data points for accuracy (loan amount, borrow information, lender information, assigned to, loan tenure, etc)
- Site exceptions and handle deficiencies
- Interact with the Relationship Manager to provide details of exceptions and what is needed
- Manage trailing documents
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance
- Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault
