LaSalle Network is hiring a .NET Developer (WinForms) candidate to join a high-impact transformation initiative focused on modernizing a financial reporting platform. This .NET Developer will play a critical role in bridging legacy systems with modern architecture, working hands-on with both WinForms and Blazor in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. If you’re a .NET Developer who thrives in modernization projects and enjoys untangling complex legacy code, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do (as a .NET Developer)

Enhance and maintain an existing WinForms-based reporting application
Migrate legacy functionality into a modern Blazor + .NET stack
Partner with developers to translate business logic from stored procedures into scalable solutions
Collaborate closely with senior and junior developers on application transformation
Contribute to feature development in both legacy and modern environments
Interpret complex, business-heavy SQL Server stored procedures

What You Bring (for this .NET Developer role)

Strong experience in C# / .NET development
Hands-on expertise with WinForms
Experience working with SQL Server 2022 and stored procedures
Proven ability to navigate and modernize legacy codebases
Comfort working in hybrid legacy + modern environments
