Job Title: Online Chat Support Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy  Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance through online chat. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and updates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or online support is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
