Spot On Roofing:

Spot On Roofing is hiring motivated Outside Sales Rep to help drive new business and fuel our growing sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, energetic, and looking to break into or grow within a performance-driven sales environment. As an Outside Sales Rep you will be the front line of our revenue engine.

If you are confident on the phone, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by results, this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect homeowners through outbound calls, door outreach, and follow-ups.
• Generate qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Track outreach activity and maintain pipeline organization.
• Develop communication and objection-handling skills.
• Work closely with closers and leadership to improve performance.

• Organized and disciplined with follow-up.

Sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide structured training and ongoing coaching to help you improve quickly.
