The Right Fit Should:

What We're Looking For:

Insured with General Liability, workers comp and auto insurance-either personal or commercial
EIFS work from full replacement or new install to simply repairs and resurfacing.
Experience with interior
Reliable crew + equipment
Commitment to safety and timelines
Must be able to lift 75 lbs
Must be a team player committed to working in a fast-pasted environment
Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team
Complete jobs on time and budget
Must be able to read/understand English
Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program

General Requirements:

Applicants MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to the job
General Liability and Workers Comp insurance proof
Working cell phone
This is a subcontractor position
