Mail Room Clerk (Part-Time)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour (DOE)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT:
This role ensures the smooth and efficient flow of daily mail and correspondence, supporting essential business operations. Success is defined by accurate and timely distribution of mail, maintaining an organized mailroom, and providing dependable administrative and front desk support. The position contributes to overall workplace efficiency and a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and staff
• Ensure timely and accurate routing of all correspondence
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mailroom
• Assist with light administrative duties, including data entry and document handling
• Provide backup support to the front desk during lunch periods while maintaining a professional demeanor
Minimum Qualifications
• Previous administrative, mailroom, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and Microsoft Office; reliable and able to maintain confidentiality

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Data entry and document management systems
