Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Production Lead working 3rd shift

• 2+ years of plastic injection mold setup experience and 2+years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience are requirements
• This is a working, hands on position that will also oversee 3 employees
• Pay is up to $60,000 for the ideal candidate
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• Third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours
• No remote

This third shift, full time, permanent Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing Production Leader career opportunity at a smaller, ISO certified, debt-free, custom plastic injection molding company. Ninety percent of the manufacturing equipment is less than four years old. Company growth is stable as customers vary across many markets. Employees enjoy working here and are well taken care of. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours
• Learning the production processes
• Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees
• Being a hands on, working supervisor
• Performing set up work incl uding hanging tools, m ixing material and loading resin
• Cleaning hoppers and grinders
• Sampling

The background of the successful candidate will include the following:

• 2+ years of plastic injection mold setup experience
• 2+ years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience
• Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday
• A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
