Premium First Class Lounge Floor Attendant

Korean Air Premium Lounge – LAX
Pay Rate: $27.25 per hour
Location: Los Angeles International Airport

Available Shifts (Open Availability Preferred):

• 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
• 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
• Shift times may adjust based on operational needs.

Employment Requirement:

• Candidates must successfully pass a TSA background screening to obtain airport badging.

We are seeking hospitality professionals who appreciate the art of thoughtful service and who take pride in creating a calm, polished environment for discerning international guests.

As a Premium First Class Lounge Floor Attendant, you will help shape the guest experience for First Class, Prestige Class, and SkyTeam Elite Plus travelers, ensuring the lounge reflects the grace, attention to detail, and cultural hospitality that Korean Air is known for worldwide.

Your Impact:

• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service aligned with white-glove hospitality standards.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of seating areas, dining spaces, and guest amenities.
• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
• Support culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless lounge operations.
• Monitor guest flow and maintain composure during busy international departure periods.
• Uphold all airport, TSA, OSHA, and operational safety standards.

The Professional We’re Seeking:

• Experience in luxury hotels, premium lounges, private clubs, or fine dining hospitality environments preferred.
• Korean language skills preferred to assist with serving Korean-speaking guests and enhancing the cultural hospitality experience.
• A polished, professional presence with exceptional attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international airport environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
