Mortgage Support Assistant (Entry-Level)

Looking to start a career in mortgage lending or financial services? This entry‑level role is a great way to get your foot in the door and gain hands‑on experience with the mortgage process from start to finish.

As a Mortgage Support Assistant, you’ll support Loan Officers and mortgage staff while helping members and keeping loan files organized and moving forward. No prior mortgage experience is required—we provide training and support.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist members in person and by phone
• Track and organize incoming mortgage applications
• Schedule appointments and route calls
• Prepare loan files, disclosures, and basic reports
• Help gather documents such as insurance, title work, and verifications
• Support post‑closing and administrative tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
