As a Food Delivery App User Tester, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of next-generation AI systems by providing valuable insights and feedback based on your real-world experiences with food delivery applications. Your contributions will directly influence how these models learn and operate, ensuring they meet user needs effectively.

• Utilize your active food delivery app account and order history to supply realistic user data and scenarios.
• Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Clearly document your thought process and reasoning in well-written English explanations.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

• Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver).
• Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
• Ability to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently and managing remote tasks efficiently.

• Experience in beta testing or user research for mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Background or interest in UX, AI, or digital product feedback.
• Exposure to a variety of food delivery platforms and markets.

Contract position, fully remote.

Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $30.
