We're seeking a driven Cradle to Grave Freight Broker / Sales Executive to join our fast-growing logistics team and have a history of sales they can back up with numbers.

What We're Looking For

* A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales
* Someone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day 1
* Experience working with North American lanes (Cross border is helpful)
* Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes

Requirements

* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics
* Demonstrated sales history - you must provide your numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Self-motivated with a "make it happen" attitude

Responsibilities

* Source and secure new customers in the freight/logistics space
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service execution
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
