Your Role: Restaurant Server

As a Server at Ryan’s Creek House, you’re the Quarterback of the guest experience — guiding our customers from their first hello to their final goodbye. You’ll bring hospitality, efficiency, and personality to every table, ensuring each guest leaves with a great meal and a smile.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Guide customers through the menu and beverage selections.
• Communicate orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff via POS.
• Ensure orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and dining areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and go above and beyond.
• Uphold all food safety and alcohol service standards.
• Close out checks, handle payments, and thank guests for dining with us.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing personality and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Prior serving experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
• Must be of legal age and have reliable transportation.
• RAMP certification preferred before hire (required within 60 days).
