Description The Opportunity: Perseid Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join the team! This role will be collaborating closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team. You will be part of a team that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role: A server is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of food, beverages, and menu storytelling while anticipating guest needs with genuine hospitality. They excel in a fast-paced, elevated dining setting where precision, grace, and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.
Qualifications Experience and Qualifications: • Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
