As Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator, North America you will be responsible for handling all RMA cases, contacting Tesla Channel Partners notifying them about RMA and documentation around all of this. You will be the link between our technical support team, fulfillment, sales team, and channel partners; you will ensure that all spare part requirements are handled with great care and that our channel partners receive parts in time along with reimbursing for service/labor. You will be supporting our logistics team in taking care of our spare parts stock, small order picking and outbound logistics.

This role may sit out of Buffalo, NY or Henderson, NV.

• Execute RMA transactions, including ordering replacement units, setting up reimbursements, and educating partners on Tesla’s return process/warranty
• Stock management, optimizing parts mix and identifying slow and fast movers to avoid excess stock
• Handle invoices, create POs, and track payments received
• Schedule coordination with channel partners
• Communicate with other Tesla teams such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Interface with Tesla channel partners, field personnel, and customers on a daily basis
• Coordinate RMAs with technicians and channel partners, verifying service was successfully completed

• Work experience within Logistic or Distribution center environment
• Familiar with FedEx, UPS, and ODFL shipping software
• Ability to read and fill out material transfer forms
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Must be reliable, committed, quality focused and a self-starter
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment
• Must be able to type above 55+ wpm
