Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofs and roofing systems on various structures.
• Evaluate roofs to determine necessary repairs and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations throughout all projects.
• Work with various roofing materials, including shingles, metal, and flat roofing.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of roofing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, disposing of materials appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience as a roofer preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices.
• Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Regular Business Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm. NO Weekends. Overtime paid after 40 hours.

Benefits

Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience.
