SAP RTR FICO

Core Responsibilities
System Implementation & Support: Providing technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profitability Analysis).
Record-to-Report (R2R) Focus: Executing monthly and quarterly close processes, including reconciliation, accruals, and intercompany transactions within SAP.
Manufacturing Finance: Specifically for product costing roles, managing COGI, material ledger, and integrating cost activities with production planning (PP) and procurement.
Requirements & Design: Translating complex business needs into functional specifications, designing solutions, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Process Optimization: Defining "right-sized" processes to increase efficiency in production, logistics, and finance workflows.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, 5+ years of experience with SAP FI-CO configuration and implementation, specifically in SAP S/4HANA.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial operations, GAAP/IFRS, and cost accounting within manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO integration with modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning)
