Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Job Summary

Amazon’s Boston Seaport campus operates a high‑profile, full‑service café and coffee program. We’re seeking a Senior Café Manager (AGM‑level) to support daily operations across two units and deliver an exceptional experience for Amazon associates.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café, coffee bar, and catering operations; support the General Manager across both units.
  • Maintain strong cost controls for labor, food, and operational expenses.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and coach staff to ensure outstanding service and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Support culinary operations, menu execution, and product quality.
  • Create signage for café, coffee bars, and catering.
  • Coordinate product movement between units; ensure timely organization and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with Amazon staff and senior client partners.
  • Contribute to special events, promotions, and daily reporting.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted.
  • 3–5 years of food service experience, including 2+ years in a management/AGM‑level role.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, cash handling, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
