Job Description

Salary: $89,300 - 178,135 per year Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance with 5 years of investigation
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RF and/or electronics testing
• Proficiency with RF test equipment
• Strong background in electronics troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Experience in preparing test equipment and facilities for test events
• Familiarity with test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
• Experience integrating and testing subsystem/system level assemblies

• Conducting RF and sensors testing in a production test environment
• Troubleshooting test failures to identify root causes
• Analyzing test results and generating detailed subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports
• Organizing RF test data and performing reviews with offsite subject matter experts to assess pass/fail outcomes
• Defining strategies for troubleshooting failed units
• Supporting Mission Success, Test Readiness, and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews
• Coordinating subsystem and system-level test activities
• Performing RF engineering development tests to accommodate test requirement changes and reduce test time
