• Technical Writer

Core Requirements:

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Preferably OpenText or similar platforms

Minimum 2 plus years of experience in:

• Technical writing
• Journalism or content writing
• Content management

Preferred Experience:

• Banking/financial services background
• Merchant experience

Key Skills:

• Strong writing and editing abilities

Consulting Mindset:

• Meets with business stakeholders
• Understands processes
• Translates information into clear documentation

Ability to:

• Create reports
• Generate insights from gathered information

Background Fit:

• Journalism
• Librarian / research-oriented
• Strong written communication skills

Note:

• Schedule: 3 days/week onsite

Locations:

• Charlotte (CIC or Uptown)
• Des Moines
• Tempe

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
