Cafe on the Strip is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team. Cafe on the Strip offers a unique Las Vegas experience serving British High Tea aboard a sightseeing double-decker bus traveling along the Las Vegas Strip.
This is not a traditional restaurant position. Our servers help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable guest experience while providing attentive food and beverage service during the tour. You will be working on a double decker moving bus.
We are looking for professional, reliable individuals who take pride in hospitality and guest experience.
ResponsibilitiesProvide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout the tour
Serve tea, finger sandwiches, pastries, and small plates
Assist guests with seating and explain menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Assist with tour setup before departure and reset between tours
Help create an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting Las Vegas
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Must arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance at all times
Clean hair, well-groomed nails, and neat uniform required
Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
Ability to remain professional while working in a lively guest environment
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and guest service skills
Comfortable engaging with guests and explaining menu items
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability is required
Flexible scheduling based on tour schedule
