Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Title Closer for an esteemed, law firm in South Florida real estate. This is a "Temp-to-Hire" opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to plant roots in a firm known for handling complex commercial transactions. Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial real estate closings. You will serve as a vital link between attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure that every transaction is executed with precision and professionalism. Schedule & Flexibility:
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Availability: Success in commercial real estate often requires meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work outside of standard hours when necessary to ensure files are closed on time.
Location: North Palm Beach / Boca Raton, FL (On-site) Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (DOE) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in Commercial Real Estate Title Closing specifically within the state of Florida is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Florida title standards, commercial endorsements, and escrow accounting.
- Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in document preparation and figure reconciliation is a must.
- Team Player Mentality: You must be willing to jump in and assist colleagues to reach the finish line. A collaborative "no task is too small" attitude is essential for this firm’s culture.
- Communication: verbal and written communication skills for interacting with sophisticated legal and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial title files from inception to post-closing.
- Prepare and review closing statements (CDs/ALTA), deeds, affidavits, and other essential closing documents.
- Coordinate with lenders to obtain funding authorization and ensure all conditions are met.
- Conduct thorough title exams and clear complex title requirements.
- Facilitate the recording of legal documents and the issuance of title policies.
- Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and corporate entities.
