Job Overview

Ten Speed is a fully remote organic growth agency that helps B2B companies grow through strategic content, AEO, and SEO. We’re hiring an Organic Growth Specialist to drive content creation by writing briefs, executing on-site optimizations for SEO, and interviewing subject matter experts.

This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates in eligible states in the USA only.

Location, Salary & Benefits

• Location: Remote — USA only — IL, CO, NC, FL, MI, TX, RI, ID, GA, SC, IN, TN, VA, PA, OH, or MO
• Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 USD, depending on experience
• Work Schedule: Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlapping Central Time
• PTO: 20 vacation days + 7 personal/sick days + 9 holidays + 1 volunteer day

Responsibilities

• Develop Content Briefs: Research keywords, audiences, and topics from the client content strategy.
• Integrate AI Tools: Use AI tools (Claude, AirOps) in your workflow for content production.
• Execute On-Site Optimization: Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, and content formatting.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Identify content gaps and conduct interviews with subject matter experts.
• Manage Link Building: Set targets, track backlinks, and support outreach efforts.
• Handle CMS Publishing: Upload and format content in client CMS platforms.
• Support Client Communication: Join client calls to share updates and discuss content direction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing.
• Documented experience writing or editing.
• Intermediate SEO knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools for content production.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable engaging with clients in a collaborative way.
• Strong sense of ownership and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, and/or technology content.

Bonus Points For

• Portfolio examples of SEO content.
• Experience writing short-form copy for B2B social media.
• Experience in a client-facing role at an agency.
• Familiarity with SEO/analytics tools.
• Prior remote work experience.
