Osteria Padre Pio is seeking professional, experienced Servers to join our team.
We are a busy, family-owned, Michelin Guide, Italian restaurant known for traditional cuisine, strong wine knowledge, and attentive, detail-driven service. Our dining room is fast-paced and structured, with high expectations for professionalism, timing, and hospitality.
We are looking for servers who take pride in their craft and understand that great service is about awareness, pacing, communication, and genuine warmth.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has 3–5+ years of full-service restaurant experience
Has experience in Italian and/or high-volume dining environments
Understands proper service flow and timing
Is confident describing menu items, specials, and wine
Can manage multiple tables while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Communicates clearly with kitchen and support staff
Maintains a polished, professional appearance
Thrives in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
Deliver attentive, professional table service
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and accuracy
Execute proper pacing from greeting through dessert
Maintain strong communication with the kitchen and support team
Ensure tables, stations, and service areas remain clean and organized
Uphold the standards and reputation of Osteria Padre Pio
Requirements
3–5 years of restaurant experience required
Italian restaurant and/or high-volume experience required
Strong understanding of teamwork and structured service
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Dependable transportation
Must be local to the Westchester area
